"The Harry Potter Series"
7 Books & 8 Movies! Harry, Ron, and Hermione are all powerful Elsers, of course, but the wonderful thing about this series is that the teachers are Elsers too! Even Dumbledore himself was an Elser! A great "fish-out-of-water" Elser story with lots of fun mixed in.
|
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and it's popular spin-off "Angel" are both filled with awesome Elsers.
Fun tidbit: Buffy's town, Sunnydale, was shot in my neighborhood, her house is on my street, and her high school is... yep my alma mater. Great Elser book. Also made into a movie called "The Mighty"
|
Three Elsewhere Girls living in the same house, all trying to make sense of their lives and get along in the process. Classic Elser situations and challenges, including.
This is one of my favorite Elser books! It is superbly written and perfectly paced. It is set in a post-apocalyptic-ish future where the world has been divided into the 'haves' and the 'have-nots', but there is so much more to it than that! You will just have to read it and see.
